They offered a free 2 liter bottle of soda, I asked why they did not call sooner which would have been the courteous thing to do, all I got was we're swamped over here, No Kidding, I was not looking for that. It was Villa Nova telling me they just took my Pizza out of the oven. As I was getting ready to place my order a call came through. ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:00 and was told 45 minutes to an hour, at 6:40 as my stomach was growling I attempted to call to find out where my pizza was, after 10 minutes of trying and getting nothing but a busy signal I decided to order form another local establishment. Villa Nova in Lockport had their grand opening yesterday and I ordered a pizza, What a disappointment, the pizza was great as usual for Villa Nova ( I grew up in Cicero and ordered form them for years) the customer service was very poor.
